Contest Overview コンテスト概要

  • Build an original, never-seen-before model using a Bricks set specified by PlusL.
  • Bricks sets specified for this contest: #31033 or #31031.
  • Only parts included in the specified sets may be used.
  • Use parts from either set #31033 or set #31031 (but not both).
  • Winner Selection: All contest entry models will be evaluated based on the following judging criteria:
  • 　1. Visual design   2. Structural strength   3. Originality
  • Contest entry fee: FREE
  • 組替えキット　#31033 または、#31031
  • 審査基準　①デザイン性　②組み強度　③意外性
  • 指定キット以外のパーツの使用は不可とします。
  • 参加費　無料
  • #31033 と#31031のセットは足さずに、それぞれで組み替え作品を作ってください。

How to Enter 応募方法

  • Submit your entry by uploading a photo of your model to your own Twitter account, with the hashtag #plusl1508_31033 or #plusl1508_31031 according to number of the Bricks set you used.
  • Entry deadline: August 23rd, 2015
  • 組立てたモデルの写真を撮り、Twitterの自身のアカウントに、＃31033の組みかえ作品は、#plusl1508_31033を、#31031の組みかえ作品は、#plusl1508_31031と、テキストで挿入し、写真とともに投稿。
  • 応募締切　2015年8月23日（日）
  • 応募者名はTwitterのアカウント名とします。Twitter以外の応募方法は受け付けできません。

Winner Selection and Announcement 選考・発表

  • One First Prize and two Second Prize models will be selected.
  • Winners will be notified via Twitter DM.
  • Winners will also be announced on the PlusL twitter account or this website.
  • 最優秀賞　1名、優秀賞2名を選出します。
  • 受賞者にはTwitterのDMにてお知らせします。
  • PlusLのTwitterアカウント、またこのWebsiteにおいても結果発表を予定しています。

Additional Details 詳細規定

  • There is no limit to the number of different models each applicant can enter.
  • Winner selection will be conducted by PlusL and details will not be publically disclosed.
  • Copyrights for models entered belong to their respective applicants.
  • Contest applicants and models will be disqualified from the contest in the following cases:
  • Models contain bricks or other non-brick elements other than those contained in the specified sets.
  • Models are not originally created by the applicant him/herself, or are created by imitation.
  • Models intentionally or inadvertently infringe on another company’s trademark, logo, or intellectual property.
  • For Contest Winners:
  • To participate in this contest, you must agree to allow PlusL the right to share the photo of your model, and/or sell the building instructions for your model through the PlusL application, in the case your model is selected as a contest winner.
  • To develop the building instructions for your model, we may ask that you send us a photo of the internal structure of your model. You may want to take photos in advance in the case that you disassemble your model prior to contest winner selection.
  • In order to send prizes to contest winners, we will ask that you kindly provide your 1. name  2. address   3. direct telephone number. We will ensure that all practical measures are taken to protect personal information provided, and that it is used only for the purpose for which it was obtained.
  • If your model is selected as an official PlusL product (building instruction):
  • A contract will be made to pay you 5% of total net sales of the product based on your model.
  • Copyrights for your model will be transferred to PlusL (Hanzo Co. Ltd.).
  • PlusL may change your initial model design.
  • 応募作品の選考方法は、全てPlusL事務局の判断で行います。選考内容についての詳細は公開しません。
  • 応募作品が指定セット以外のパーツを使った作品であったり、他者のものであったり、その模倣品であることが判明した時点で、その応募者及び作品は失格とし全ての権利を失うものとします。
  • 応募作品は、既存のキャラクター版権（アニメ・企業の商品）など、他者の知的財産権を使わないものとし、あくまでもオリジナルなデザインを扱うものとします。
  • 受賞者には賞品を発送するため、住所・氏名・連絡先を後日送りいただきます。※取得した個人情報は厳重に管理し、目的外利用は致しません。
  • 組み替えの作品は複数件応募も可能です。
  • 応募作品の著作権は、応募者に全て帰属します。
  • 受賞作品または優秀な作品は、PlusLアプリ上で組立図を販売することや、PlusL上での写真利用を前提とし、応募者は応募時点でこれを許諾したものとします。※組立図化する際に、内部構造がわかる写真の送付をお願いいたします。審査前に作品を解体する場合は、内部を撮影しておいていただければ後々お手間にならないかもしれません。
  • PlusLで組立図を販売する場合は、その時点で著作権はPlusL（株式会社ハンゾー）に移管されるものとします。
  • PlusLで組立図を販売する場合は、売上の5%をPlusL事務局からお支払いします。（別途契約を締結します）
  • PlusLで組立図を販売する場合には、デザインの変更が入ることがあります。
